Project and Development
NEO RODAS works with the main software in the market for design (CATIA, NX and Pro-E), simulations by finite element (Ansys), and simulations of the casting process (Magma), among others.
The Company has an internal tool shop, with total capability to manufacture and maintain its molds. For the validation of the products, the structure of the company includes metallurgical, dimensional, mechanical (durability) and chemical (painting) laboratories.
Productive Area
NEO RODAS counts with an industrial site aligned to the most modern technologies to produce OEM automotive wheels, with an installed production capacity of 1,800,000 wheels per year.
The wheels can be manufactured in AlSi7 or AlSi11 alloys (with or without heat treatment), as well as a wide variety of paintings within customer standards, with painted or diamond finishes.
Since the beginning of the operations, several investments have been made in new equipment at all stages of the production process, including casting, machining and painting, in addition to significant resources applied in important support areas such as engineering, tool shop and laboratories.
